Students interested in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and who meet certain criteria may be directly accepted into the major as first-year students.
Students who do not meet the direct-accept criteria but are admitted to Regis College have the option of pursuing the first-year nursing curriculum and be evaluated for acceptance by nursing faculty at the end of the first semester of sophomore year.
To be considered for the nursing major, students must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and no courses below 2.0 . Students must earn a B- in all NU courses. Once a student matriculates into the nursing major, an overall GPA of 2.7 and a 2.7 grade in all nursing courses must be maintained.
