Meet Jeff Leininger Np

As a psychiatric nurse practitioner I use medications and other modalities such as mindfulness and supportive therapy to help you realize your optimal health.

As a psychiatric nurse practitioner I use medications and other modalities such as mindfulness and supportive therapy to help you realize your optimal health. Psychiatric medications, especially when combined with psychotherapy, can play an important role in achieving a greater sense of consistency and balance.

Often, I meet patients during times of crises. After a thorough psychiatric evaluation that explores the biological and psycho-social issues affecting your lived experience, we will decide together what medication regimen, if any, would be most effective.

Through my work, I have found that psychiatric medications, if used judiciously and sensibly, can significantly help an individual to reduce the chaos or mental debris occupying ones life. This helps create the necessary space to foster self-love enjoy deeper personal relationships with families, friends and co-workers and, access ones innate talents and creativity.

I have been successful in helping individuals who are experiencing challenging life transitions, acute or chronic anxiety, depression, attention issues, insomnia and chemical dependency.

Im excited to do this work together.
