This nursing home received a strong overall grade as described above, but we especially would like to emphasize its nearly flawless inspections in recent years. We awarded it an impressive grade of A+ in this category. Perhaps the most important factor we look at in calculating our inspection ratings is deficiencies. Deficiencies can be found on a nursing home’s inspection reports. Places with better grades in this area most likely avoided the most severe deficiencies involving things like patient abuse. This place was assessed 2 deficiencies on its inspection report, but fortunately none of the deficiencies were considered severe. This means that CMS didn’t consider any of these deficiencies to be an imminent threat to resident health or safety. Finally, this facility had no substantiated complaints this year from residents, which is an excellent sign.
