The dual degree option is available to students currently enrolled in a Associate degree or diploma nursing program with an ETSU College of Nursing articulation agreement. Students enrolled in this option begin work on their Bachelor’s degree program while simultaneously enrolled in their Associate degree Nursing program or diploma nursing program. The ETSU Dual Degree RN to BSN class are offered each summer and consists of Health Assessment, Pathophysiology, and Pharmacology.

East Tennessee State University was founded in 1911 and has over 15,000 students, both graduate and undergraduate. The University has a Main campus and the Veterans Affairs campus that houses the College of Medicine.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing

This program is for students beginning their nursing career. Students enroll in pre-nursing, complete core requirements, and then take five semesters of major courses to complete the degree.
