The biggest concern I have is the final exam. The platform when writing was not working appropriately. Into my third paragraph the formatting was off. It showed and extra letter that was not there and so when you tried to correct spelling the cursor was never in the right spot. It took me about 45 minutes during the allotted 4 hrs to figure out how to correct things. The formatting never was correct again. I literally cried at how frustrating it was. There was no way to change any of my thoughts or change my direction because I risked it never being correct. It was actually awful. It should be allowed to write in Microsoft Word and then copy/pasted over into the platform. I was very discouraged. Otherwise my classes were just fine. Some instructors took more time to review papers and give feedback, while other simply posted a grade and it didnt look like they had ever looked at a word. As you can imagine, it was more beneficial to receive the feedback to grow and get better on each paper. Thanks for the studies.Lisa Cripe
