University Of South Florida Tampa
The University of South Florida is a public research university that was founded in 1956. Its main campus is located in Tampa, Florida while the other campuses are situated in St. Petersburg and Sarasota.

- Accelerated Second Degree is currently eligible under the NECP guidelines.
- NECP applicants interested in the Accelerated Second Degree nursing pathway should apply during the spring or summer cycles. Students that are selected for admission will be granted a deferred admission status for the Fall cycle, hosted on the St. Petersburg campus, only to align with NECP requirements.
- Students will receive an official letter of admission after a formal decision has been made by the College of Nursing. A signed program plan, tuition and fees statement, and signed Form 48 will be created for applicants once they have been admitted to USF through the Office of Admissions and reach the verified status in NursingCAS.

All courses, 73.00 semester credit hours, are required.^A dosage calculation exam is required for this course. Students unable to pass the exam will be issued a final grade of “F” and will be required to repeat the course in order to satisfy program requirements.
